- Reservations are accepted by e-mail or telephone.
- 30% of the total stay is required as a non-refundable advanced deposit to complete your booking.
- The remaining charge must be paid upon arrival by cash or credit card.
- Frequent and returning guests can pay by bank transfer after your stay and will not be required to pay a deposit 🙂

- Reservations confirmed by e-mail are guaranteed for a three (3) day period.
- If your deposit is not received during this three (3) day window the reservation is canceled.
- Reservations made through phone are valid till 6pm on the date of arrival. After 6pm, those reservations are canceled. If you want to check-in after 6pm, please let us know.

- Guests who require printed invoices are asked to provide the appropriate data for the invoice with their email reservation.
